The tailings beneficiation process consisting of 68 suspended vibration cone concentrators has consumed less than 0.7 kW hours of electricity in actual production since it was put into operation. Compared with the traditional slime shaker, the processing capacity of the suspended vibration cone concentrator is 8-10 times that of the slime shaker, and the recovery rate of -19 micron (800 mesh) tin ore is more than 10% higher than that of the slime shaker.
The cassiterite tailings concentrator with a daily processing capacity of 2500 tons obtains a good technical index of 3% tin concentrate grade and more than 70% recovery rate when the ore grade is 0.1~0.3, and the annual value of tin concentrate recovered exceeds 60 million yuan.
Gejiu Xingxing Concentrator
Gejiu Xingxing Concentrator mainly deals with local tailings resources, with a daily processing capacity of 400 tons. The grade of such tailings is about 0.4, with -200 mesh accounting for more than 85% and metal content below 400 mesh accounting for more than 80%. The existing local technology has no recovery value.
The suspended vibration cone concentrator was used to recover it. Since it was put into operation in June 2015, it has obtained good economic and technical indicators. The recovery rate of mineral processing is about 60%, and the annual output value exceeds 25 million yuan.
