It is developed according to the principle of spreading flow membrane beneficiation. When the ore slurry is fed to the sorting surface through the ore feed plate, a spreading flow membrane is formed, and heavy mineral particles are forced to settle on the sorting surface. With the rotation of the sorting surface, the pulp fed later washes the pulp fed first. When rotating to the washing water area, the heavy mineral particles settled on the face are discharged to the edge of the sorting face by the washing water. Sorting is carried out under the condition of composite force field formed by mineral forced landing force, washing water, friction force, etc., and then concentrated ore discharge is carried out to form fine, medium and tailings.
