Hunan Shizhuyuan Polymetallic Mineral ConcentratorWolframite has a mud volume of 100 tons/day, a concentration of 24%, a tungsten grade of 1-2%, a tin grade of 0.3, and a fine particle ore of -400 mesh accounting for about 90%. A mixed concentrate with a tungsten grade of 25% and a tin grade of more than 6% can be obtained by adopting a beneficiation process consisting of 26 suspended vibration cone concentrators. The tungsten recovery rate is 45%, the tin recovery rate is 40%, and the annual output is 202 tons of tungsten trioxide, tin metal 36 tons, with an annual output value of more than 2200 million yuan.
Compared with the original process "shaker + flotation", the operating cost of the suspended vibration cone concentrator is only 1/6 of the original process, the tungsten grade is increased by more than 10%, and the fine cassiterite is recovered.

At present, a new process formed by a group of KGS-II concentrator and a suspended vibration concentrator is adopted to treat Inner Mongolia tungsten tailings and tungsten flotation tailings to recover fine cassiterite. Under the conditions of 0.2 ore feeding grade and 90% ore feeding particle size -200 mesh, according to the field application results, the daily output of concentrate contains more than 20% tin, with an output of 150-300kg and remarkable economic benefits. Based on the good recovery effect of "KGS II concentrator + suspension vibration concentrator" on the material, the user once again expanded the production application.

Inner Mongolia Tungsten Concentrator Tailings

The scheelite tailings recovery system composed of 8 groups of "KGS-Ⅱ + suspended vibration" has been industrially applied in Inner Mongolia dressing plant. Under the condition that the feed grade is 0.1~0.2 and the feed grade is -200 mesh mineral accounts for 85%, the concentrate that can be produced every day contains 12.36 tungsten, and the output of each group is 100-150kg. The economic benefit is very obvious, and the floor space is small and the operation cost is low. Compared with the original traditional "shaker blanket" process, the recovery rate is more than 15%. The occupied area is only 1/3 of the original process, and the energy consumption is 1/2.

For the tailings of Panzhihua ilmenite tailings dressing plant, the fine ilmenite recovery system composed of "KGS-Ⅱ + suspension vibration" is fed after classification. Under the conditions of 6.39 ore feed grade and 90% ore feed particle size -200 mesh, 46.12 titanium iron concentrate can be produced with a recovery rate of more than 35%, providing a new way for clean recovery and utilization of fine ilmenite.
