The scheelite tailings recovery system composed of 8 groups of "KGS-Ⅱ + suspended vibration" has been industrially applied in Inner Mongolia Xingye Mining Concentrator. Under the condition that the feed grade is 0.1~0.2 and the feed grade is -200 mesh minerals account for 85%, the concentrate that can be produced every day contains 12.36 tungsten, each group produces 100-150kg, with obvious economic benefits, small floor space and low operation cost. Compared with the original traditional "shaker blanket" process, the recovery rate is more than 15%. The occupied area is only 1/3 of the original process, and the energy consumption is 1/2.
